No, to display an image you send it a frame over USB with a python library written by @gadgetoid.com I added a new display type for the Interstate75. You can find my version here, currently the X axis is reversed. github.com/Corteil/gu-m...

I have been able to run some of the original examples where they don't rely on non MircoPython features/libraries without modification of the code apart from pointing at the new library.
