With the council still decidedly right leaning (and many of those seats not up for election this year) how does she plan on making progress while the council works in opposite directions?

There’s scaling up, and then there’s scaling down - how small of a footprint is necessary to print a new battery? Could it fit on the back of a vehicle? Could I bring battery manufacturing (in small scale) to where the batteries will be used out in the field?

Given the unimpressive draft, the unimpressive free agent class, and the rising cap which has turned most of the league into buyers, is it better for the Canucks to take minimal action this offseason and instead setup for next with a better draft and a potentially better free agent pool?
