🧵 3/4 The School Committee shared some counter proposals and responses. The CEA team asked questions about these proposals in an effort to ensure we understood and could craft meaningful responses. Our bargaining team will be crafting responses to some proposals when our team meets next week.

🧵 2/4 We also asked questions about 5 proposal responses from the district so we can provide informed responses at a future session.

🧵 2/2 Our financials were notably distanced, which was not a surprise for CEA educators. The next step will be responding to each other's initial proposals. Stay tuned for additional information via our social media! Our next bargaining session with the district is March 10.

🧵 We both provided proposals about some shared topics, including the Unit A Educational Enhancement Fund. Our next session is February 24, when we will exchange financial proposals. 2/2
