The whole debacle was a tax-writeoff bribe to curry favor: Bezos paid 3x more than the next top bidder to secure rights. She made $28M herself. Amazon MGM spent total of $75M. He lost plenty but billionaire money is different. He'll make it back in taxes, contracts and FCC approvals
