favorite part about this comic is horikoshi wrote it in 2015, the vita was already considered a flop by that point he's just in it for the love of the game

that's mostly on me and not anybody else but I really do wish these things could reach a greater audience, I know the people absolutely raving about the other great movies would just love these too

this is about look back and reze arc for me, both are phenomenal films don't get me wrong and they deserve all the praise they get but when you hear them hyped up as the greatest thing ever and then you saw a movie like this from that same year you realize you set your expectations too high

same, going to every anime movie means sometimes you get absolute gems like this and for me I end up getting disappointed by the bigger ones people actually have seen and talk about how amazing they are because they just don't know what's out there

i was taken aback by both the story and the direction, I loved the philosophy aspect that reared it's head time and time again and the entire movie being rotoscoped is INSANE, with even crazier direction on top of that, it's a really special film I hope more people see it
