Second attempt at a sourdough loaf. Nearly over baked it but ironically it’s more moist than my first one because I let it cool completely before cutting. Denying yourself warm bread you made is harder than not petting service dogs.

If you’re getting someone a Kindle this year, go ahead and pay to have the ads removed. They used to be ok at recommending books or at least hilariously bad, but now it’s all AI books and just really depressing.
