I’m not a Constitutional Scholar, by any means, but that doesn’t look applicable to me in this case. But I do believe that if/when this petition makes its way to the top of the pile, those eyes will be able to read it for what it is and not just what it says.

Wouldn’t this be more under the Constitution Act (1982) and the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms?
