As one of the 58,000 homes affected I am pissed off! Privatised water companies are a monopoly. I thought the whole point of privatisation was to drive competition. What alternative do I have?

We're still affected by this in the new forest,and we're now on the second evening with no water. Our son is off school as well (he's not complaining). Unbelievable timing to hear our bills are now going up by about 50%
