Stop saying water will be wet & stand up against the takeover of peaceful cities by the military. Stand up for immigrants. Defend trans athletes. Oh, your crypto-bosses will only let you say so much? When we right this ship & take back our country, we will remember your collaboration with the enemy.

Wow. Just when I thought maybe, maybe you would grow a spine. This is an outright illegal action and you softshoe it.
June 22, 2025 at 2:34 AM
Actually, take all the time you need. And don't worry about voting, the republicans will still be okay without your vote.

And most working folks cannot go into their office and say "Hey, just had a kid so I won't be doing any work for a while, but I will still punch in so I get paid."
June 13, 2025 at 3:20 PM
I agree - the ICE agents are organized, they are being paid to do their thing. We, the American people, are going to stop it and (hopefully) prosecute every single one of them.
June 10, 2025 at 3:31 PM
His statement about LA starts w/ this:

“When due process was followed and only criminals were being targeted, there was little to no public outcry. Public protest has erupted because Donald Trump has abused due process, separated families, and deported."

Wait there was due process? No outcry?
June 10, 2025 at 2:33 PM
Hope these kids don't mind your hatred for their transgender peers .

Did you tell them how you refuse to speak out on the ICE arrest quotas?

Did you tell them about how you don't care about anything other than your political aspirations?

Trying to find in your comment where you said "for most of his Presidency".

Reagan is not an example of appropriate tax policy. He cut the highest rate by 43 points. And beat into the voters' minds that all taxes are bad.

I wouldn't use him as an example when talking about raising taxes.
June 4, 2025 at 4:11 PM
Facts matter and continuing the narrative that Reagan was nothing like today's Rs is sanewashing to the extreme.

Reagan's entire agenda was predicated around lowering taxes and eliminating non defense govt programs.

The highest tax rate for individuals was 28% in 1988. It has been 37% since 2019.
June 4, 2025 at 3:27 PM
I get your point, but how many democrats in congress would really support taxing the rich and corporations? I mean like actually voting for it?

We need to be clear - their corporate handlers would never allow that to happen.
June 4, 2025 at 3:15 PM
When you fear AIPAC, there is tyranny.

When voting to confirm criminals, like Kushner, there is tyranny.

When you vote for the GENIUS Act and ignore the will of the people, there is tyranny.

When nearly your entire party refuses to fight against tyrany, well, I think you see the pattern.
June 4, 2025 at 3:05 PM
Telling trans athletes to "find other activities" is an asshole thing to do.

I'd argue it worse, because (a) the fact that we actually are going to die someday is more factual, and (b) we elected you to defend vulnerable people not join the Republican attacks on them.
June 3, 2025 at 4:55 PM
He has picked a lane. He is with the oligarchs and against us.
June 1, 2025 at 5:19 PM
Gallego doesn't want to fight he wants to stay in power and profit. Human rights and democracy be damned.
May 31, 2025 at 6:33 PM
You will quietly vote for this. Adding to your complete compliance with the right's agenda:

-Your border security bill, focuses too much on border security
-Hobnobing with anti-democratic crypto oligarchs
-Anti-trans position
-Voting for many of Trump's worst cabinet picks
-Voting for Laken-Riley
May 31, 2025 at 6:28 PM
Bottom line: You have voted for this agenda most of the time and you will support this too.

Wild.
May 21, 2025 at 9:06 PM
You voted for this through your ongoing support of 47. And your bill to try to outdo the Republicans on border "security" would have the same functional effect.
May 21, 2025 at 9:02 PM
Naw, that would take an ounce of integrity. He will just continue to be a republican camouflaged as a democrat.
May 20, 2025 at 2:44 AM
You'll probably vote for it anyway as you have mostly supported the administration's agenda up to this point.
May 20, 2025 at 2:41 AM
Just say no to ALL corporate democrats. Booker's theatrics the other day we're just that - theatrics. He, and all the other corporate dems, need to STFU and get out of the way.
May 20, 2025 at 2:28 AM
Reagan did it, so it must be fine.
May 17, 2025 at 1:30 AM
This doesn't change my opinion of the ultimate corrupt corporate democrat. Guess a blind squirrel can find an acorn eventually.
May 16, 2025 at 8:06 PM
Good thing we have strong consumer protections. Oh yeah, maybe we don't. What really concerns me about the overall current environment we live in, is that we had sooooo much to fix in this country and we're going the other direction, and I fear there wilcourse. political will to reverse the course.
May 16, 2025 at 8:00 PM
Vote against the GENIUS Act and start focusing on the destruction of our democracy. It has become patently clear that you and many of your democratic colleagues are simply positioning yourself to curry favor with the new king.
May 16, 2025 at 4:57 PM
Performative bullshit.
May 16, 2025 at 3:03 PM
Arizonan here. I called today, as I do every day and for the first time a live person answered. Call and let him know how you feel!
