The Accursed Captain returns for Wilds OBT2, Didn’t manage to solo Arkveld sadly but it was an AWESOME fight

Also swapped out Switch Axe for Greatsword, I love Swaxe but it’s kinda ass in the beta (hoping they fix it). GS was really fun tho, getting those offsets and power clashes is so satisfying!
The new Captain Aza, I made big changes to the design and I’m much happier with the result this time around! When I say I changed literally everything, I mean it. Different facial structure, hairstyle, facial hair, eyes, and makeup. His hair is black with a dark turquoise gradient near the tips. His eyes are now a pale turquoise color. He’s got scars all over his face, and a big ol’ black spot/curse mark on his neck. He’s definitely inspired by Jack Sparrow. A better side profile of the Captain. My new palico, Gash! A much less busy design than the previous one. He’s a black cat with turquoise stripes, and three glowing stripes running vertically down his torso. He’s also got dark yellow, kinda gold-ish eyes.

Been playing through MH Rise this month and I’m enjoying it SO much more than I thought I would, dare I say more than World.

I have a huge soft spot for MHW but Rise’s gameplay is SO MUCH FUN, idk if I can live without wirebugs and switch skills. I love playing this shit like it’s DMC

Played the MH Wilds beta over the weekend and IT’S SO PEAK, here’s me and my buddy Nyalathotep!

Tried out a couple of weapon combos too, swaxe and hammer goes kinda crazy imo

ALSO MOUNT THEMES ARE BACK I’M SO HAPPY, REY DAU’S IS SO GOOD TOO
My hunter, Cap’n Aza! He’s got long hair that gradients from black to white starting from the roots. He has a mustache and short beard, and a strong nose. His right eye is brown, and the other is purple with a purple scar around it. My palico, Nyalathotep! They have fluffy black and grey fur, with a pattern of light purple stripes, red eyes and wine colored markings around those eyes. Looks kinda fucked up but I like it Me posing in front of the Rey Dau I killed. It’s the Apex of the region, and the hardest fight in the beta so I was a little proud of myself
