For the last 8 months, I’ve poured my heart and soul into working out. Not for any sort of outward recognition, but for my own sense of achievement. I’ve done all of it while still prioritizing being a present father. So I would put my son to bed and head to the gym. Sometimes after 8 PM.

Life is so fleeting. Death awaits us all. Weirdly, the thing that makes the swift passage of time a little less terrifying is that none of us and none of this matters.

I can’t put into words how disappointed I am about Trump and what he’s brought out in people. No amount of pain brought to his supporters will change their minds.
An anti-Trump is the only possible way to save their broken minds, and Gavin ain’t it.
