The theme is weird, its all medieval, but the outside of the level is guts and teeth and spines. Its kinda like, tailor made for @macaw45.bsky.social i feel like. Macaw its pinball slay the spire with tower defense playing in a guts level. Its called Pin Keep, on steam, check it out.
