Seems to me that organising national strikes would be a good way to start. And perhaps boycotting the big chains once a month. Even once a week - every Friday, perhaps. Start hitting them in their wallets.

At this point, he doesn't even feel the need for SCOTUS. He's simply ignoring the orders he doesn't want to follow, then screeching to have the judge issuing the border impeached. No need for appeals
