Spot on Zoe - but please be careful not to stigmatise pensioners with terminology. Spent years getting folk to say ‘Delayed Discharges’, not ‘bed blocking’. It’s needed again, particularly in MSM. It’s the system, not the people that are the problem. Sound familiar?!
