It def needs to be expanded, we have a strict 10 knots or less speed restriction during calving/migration season off SC’s coast, but it’s mostly major harbor mouths up the rest of the coast. USCG and Pilot Stations don’t do a good job enforcing any of them. Especially around NY’s Ambrose Channel
