Aha. Science fiction’s beloved ‘shock collars’ are available at last. Useful not just for pets, but kids, employees at secure government installations, workers at the salt mine.

The current debate seems to frame the photo as if it’s straight out of Antonioni’s ‘Blow-Up.’ But it feels more likely that it’s just someone, somewhere made a mistake, and there’s not much significance that can be attached to this than that?
