I went to a Townhall hosted by my Congressman Dr Raul Ruiz. His guests were Congresswoman Nannette Barragan, Congresswoman Teresa Leger Fernandez with a special surprise guest. The surprise guest was House Democratic leader Hakeem Jeffries. The entire meeting was awesome.

According to the Urban dictionary it's a real thing. That said we all know he has 0 idea what it means. Barron probably told him some of his college buddies use it.
