It requires 10+ minutes of your time every day for 40 days, at your own rhythm.

We all have the ability to be in contact with energy and being taught this dimension of our reality does help with emotional and mental wellbeing.

I'm a Reiki Master Teacher and my class is open for new students until the opening ceremony (called an attunement) on December 1st.
