Do love that they add on the “this is due to” at the end of train delay announcements. As if you’re sat there like, man, I was nearly mad but if it’s late because of another late train in front, WELL, that changes everything

Am I biased? Yes. Is it still a certifiable 100% fact that Jen’s substack is A+ stellar wonderful amazing brilliant and I am so so proud… also yes!!
