This one took me a while! It's from a tutorial, but well worth doing. It taught me quite a bit about making things modular for more complex pieces.

This was my first attempt at intarsia, and turned out pretty well. I tried a new idea for the wrap which didn't work and resulted in a lot of improvisation, but I like how it turned out.

Bumblebee jasper (I think?) given to me by a friend.
I had planned out a complex weave, but had to change last minute when i discovered it wouldn't work with the thick coils I'd prepared for it.

I'm a bit proud of this design, making use of a geode pocket hole in the slab for the setting of the faceted aquamarine to float in the center.
It's a little off-angle from the pressure of pulling the wires together through the hole and the setting up against the backing. I might rewrap it someday.

One of my earlier wraps, I think it was told it's blue opal? I like the little pocket of druzy quartz in it.

Here's perhaps the most difficult cut I've done yet: Mandala I, designed by Claude Marc-Aurele, in Cubic Zirconia.
