It's 30 years since I was given my first @nigelslater.bsky.social book, 'Real Fast Food'. I still can't smell fresh thyme without thinking of the tomato and onion pasta recipe that marked the start of my passion for cooking simple meals from scratch. Thank you Nigel 🙏 #realfastfood #NigelSlater

First post here on Blue Sky. This is where I went today - the Burleigh pottery factory and Burslem. Not a wealthy area but full of character and bursting with creativity. They also do great oatcakes and everyone calls you duck or duckie. I loved it.
