Past week and a half I've tried to remove social media from my phone. I've been getting more addicted since last month. I even bought a book to distract myself. A week later and I'm doomscrolling as usual. It would be great to not have to look at the news but I seem to be living in historical times.

If one US presidential candidate would make their campaign about fixing the inefficiencies of American culture, they would be hailed as the next Roosevelt. They would bring so many people together, peace could be achieved in the country.

Is it acceptable to buy a friend a lego set of a car for Christmas? I'm in the mindset that I would LOVE this as a gift but I really love the car and I don't know if he would, also I am still in a bad mindset where Legos are childish being this old? I really don't know what to believe at this point.

I'm 21, finishing up my final year at university, working almost full time, and have an unhealthy addiction to traveling. I like to compare myself to my friends because it's nice to see competition in life, they're working or studying and saving money and I'm here flying business coast to coast.

The other social media platform has turned into a wasteland and I had an account for ten years! Sucks what one person can do to a perfectly average site. I need to create a blog post of what I do cause I can't keep rewriting posts they take forever.
