Mercury scratched behind Jade's ear. He heard dogs liked that, so maybe it would apply to werewolves. "I must be pretty special then if i get to see this." He smiled.

He watched as the ears popped up and the tail formed. He let out an "awh!" at the sight and pet Jade more.
"I didn't know this was a form you could get into! Hehe, your tail is so fluffy as well." He cooed.

Mercury chuckled, Jade seemed happy, so he was happy. "Good, good. Just be careful, yeah? I don't exactly have thick skin." He smiled, and decided to gently pat Jade's head for some reason. He didn't know why, it just felt like the appropriate situation.

He didn't know what he was expecting, but this turned out to be quite pleasant. Mercury was always sensory seeking, and Jade's chewing felt nice on his arm.
