I think you are sensible. Remember my elder brother saying to me before we sadly lost him suddenly. He was always saying to me that television rots the brain. I think he is right as, it turns one into a Zomby. The brain no longer wants to think and can go dormant. It needs to be exercised :)

I don't blame you. Yes, the racism is just terrible. Again, racism. I mean, not only is it terribly destructive but it is hideous. Tommy Robinson. Jenrick isn't helping matters either! I remember when I was very young being very concerned about it being prevalent when there is no place for it.

Yes it is so sad Tarquin It honestly is Why ruin a country needlessly! I honestly did not think we wld see this in the UK. Feel as though I am living in a country that has been set back centuries almost! I know I am exaggerating but it feels like that!

I was incredibly lucky as I knew the good the EU does and did for the UK in just about every aspect of our lives. From healthcare to education to so much more!

Oh, I had not thought of that. He also really did not get on with the then head of the EU for some reason. He did not seem to like him & kept returning to England somewhat disgruntled!

@tarquinfauntleroy.bsky.social The worst of it I find too Tarquin is the honours system then gives them a knighthood when what have they actually done for the country. David Cameron, Theresa May's husband! I feel why. I really like people being awarded for good work but are those 2 justified?

He was given so much coverage N Farage I mean & it was so wrong! The very man who helped master mind the entire Brexit nightmare along with a lot of other scroungers who wanted 2 make money out of Brexit! I will never forget Tarquin, how embarrassed I was at the behaviour of N F/Anne Widdecombe!

Yes, it really was Tarquin. You are so right! Many people who voted although they would really not like me to say this. They did not realise the good the EU does! The EU was formed in the first place to prevent us having another war! What could be better I say!

The downside is the fact that, David Cameron presented the country with a referendum which was needless. It has always imo been due to the fact that David Cameron did not like the then head of the EU and that, that is why he presented the country with a referendum!

People complain about the Liberal Democrats in England and I know there is huge justification for the fact that we went into coalition with David Cameron of the Conservative party! One thing the Liberal Democrats have never done though is to vote for war. That has to be a huge plus imo.
