Is it only me finding it strange, if not a fail, that even the morning after @vonderleyen.ec.europa.eu & @piotrserafin.bsky.social presenting the #EUBudget proposal, the legal texts of the new funds (ECF, NRP) are not published by @ec.europa.eu, so that one can even not check the numbers on CAP etc!
