In this intense cold, whatever your plans are, take a couple of extra minutes to think about safety, plus make sure you are dressed warmly enough if something goes wrong. In these temps, things can go from bad to worse quickly.

Hmm, if I were an insurer needing to eventually rebuild homes in the L.A. area, I think Canadian softwood lumber would be better if it didn't have a 25% tariff added on.
