Quan Collboni parla d'"humanisme tecnològic", o Illa de "mobilitzar 1.000 milions d'euros", no parlen de res que es pugui apropar a la idea de sobirania tecnològica, parlen d'entregar milions d'euros i seguir entregant les nostres dades via administració pública a empreses com Microsoft.
