He is in the late stages of dementia and has heart disease, due to this it would be a race between bad health winning or the Republicans growing a spine. I'm backing bad health.

Personal cheques are no longer accepted in Australia, I'm not sure if bank cheques are still available? Bpay, credit card payments or bank transfers are the accepted payment option.

Way back I used to think these unhinged rants were because something big was about to drop in the news now, his dementia is so far along and his brain is still recovering from the stroke this I think is just his 'normal'.
