The paranoid gerontocrats of the Russkij Mir are trying to establish a kind of Chinese Wall 2.0. They seem to have overslept that the "rest" of mankind is already living in the 21st century. Incredible but true.

It's the same as in the USA and everywhere after the Far Right having grasped power. Very bad news for the rule of law, separation of powers and democracy in general.
