At this point Halifax is no different than any smaller towns in NS, and in some cases, worse. I still resist to call it a city, my little revenge I guess.

Carpool lanes make sense on highways, where they can make a difference; if you’re sitting in traffic because a traffic light, a stop sign; or some douche in an F350 blocking the way, you’ll still sit in traffic, only in a different lane.
