Ive always been a bigger boy. But I'm so far succeeding in keeping the muscle as the fat drops off.

Loads of work to do. But theres some abs there for sure. And my tattoos wont half look better on a 6-pack!

Todays #workout was brutal. Crushed it though.

Shoulders, biceps with a little core cardio to finish. Had to burn off yesterday's cheat day.

190kg on the bar. 200kg seems to be this mystical plateau I can't overcome since the cut started.
