Daiya ftw! I used to make meals for a small school for kiddos on the spectrum, and there were several who had very specific dietary needs, including gluten and dairy free. The fridge was always stocked with Daiya stuff, and no one had to feel left out on pizza day!

I left a couple of social platforms and took a breather. I so value community but, yknow. I have been much more intentional with what/whom I am interacting with, the circles and mediums I participate in. May your local works continue thriving!
