My dad had dementia and would sometimes go on rants like this at night (he'd sundown). Clearly, the "president" is unwell. I can't believe this is who is representing our country. What an embarrassment.

My dad had dementia and he would sundown and go on long word salads sometimes. This "address" reminded me of that.

Exactly this. My dad would go on rants like this when he would sundown with his dementia. This man is unfit to be president for so many reasons. What a train wreck.
