I’ve never used either unless as backup for something like flight morning as reassurance. I just tell myself what time I need to get up before bed and I just wake up. It’s called an internal alarm clock I believe and a small percentage of the population can do this. You can also train yourself.

Aren’t they just convection ovens? I never bought one because my oven has a convection setting.
