Yea, I tried that but quite often couldn't really focus on work. Podcasts/YT essays, were the same. What I found works for me is various ASMR and white noise of some sort.

Those kind of videos are perfect if you want to broaden your understanding of the medium. If you want to listen to other people's opinion/reaction/experience. But it in no way can replace experiencing the medium by yourself. 3/3

I do not criticize existence of those kind of materials, but it's something that - in my opinion, steals from you experiencing a medium (cause it applies to movies and books too) for the first time. Especially if you are planning to play/watch/read the medium yourself in the future. 2/3

Oh boy. I not only agree I would even go a step forward that they not only alter but usually also force an X point of view onto you, as it is literally not possible to not convey your own point of view/experience/understanding - call it what you want, in those kind of videos. 1/3
