Yesterday we went for a nice walk near Peak Forest. Suddenly the weather changed and there was high winds driving rain followed by a hailstorm. The 7k walk back to the car was unthinkable. A kind Polish man gave us a lift into Bradwell.

I have been e-ink curious for a bit. Wanted a reader and perhaps some note taking. Got the Boox Go 7 which is within arms reach of being a digital Moleskine. But so many terrible design decisions ruin it.

Following a YouTube video I successfully replaced the broken power board in my dead 66” LG television.
Yay!
However - I did get an enormous electric shock because there was still some residual charge in the capacitors. 📺⚡️💀👍

New AirPods Pro 3 are crazy good. The sound cancellation is astonishing. And these don’t fall out of my ears!

Avoid Hasting Direct. I cancelled the auto renewal - and they renewed anyway. Took the money and then wanted £20 as a cancellation fee!!

Got rid of O2 phone contract and replace with one from ID. Not only is this cheaper and with more data - but it actually works. One bar of 5G means megabit speeds, instead of no reception.
