Please repost. The Centre for Functional and Metabolic Mapping is looking for a Preclinical MRI physicist (9.4T and 15.2T Bruker Advance Neo). You will join a team of 14 dedicated staff in Canada's National Ultra-high field MRI platform who also operate 3T and 7T human scanners in the same facility.

Our paper is now out in Journal of Neuroscience!🥂

We show that motor training strengthens cortico-cerebellar connectivity in patients with cerebellar degeneration, especially in movement-related networks.

Great collaboration with @unidue.bsky.social, made possible through @thinkglobal_rub 🧠

#JNeurosci | Using a large patient population, Nettekoven et al. identified a neural pathway involving the cerebellum that has increased functional connections following motor training. https://doi.org/10.1523/JNEUROSCI.1823-24.2025

Landed at the Cerebellum GRC in Switzerland, where the science is high-level and so are the altitudes.

Very ready for this week's deep dives into cerebellar function, alongside some excellent bovine branding. 🐄🧠

Congratulations again to #WIN member @carobellum.bsky.social on her Brain Star award. Her winning publication led to the development of a functional atlas of the human cerebellum. Another example of the great neuroscience work happening in the @diedrichsenjorn.bsky.social lab here at @westernu.ca
