International agreements forbid attempting large-scale chronomamcy for obvious reasons, however some do research it, exploring the possibility of gaining full control over the World's Clockwork. FORTUNATELY, no such attempts succeeded yet.

For example, if one has sufficient knowledge of history, they may be able to summon a projectile that had missed its target in an old battle.

Or, one could speed up only a small pocket of space around themselves, imitating super speed or teleportation. +

The information about that is, obviously, classified.

There are chronomancers on Sakieni, but none of them are capable of keeping control over the clockwork for more than a few "moments". Most of them use their skills by creating small time "pockets". +
