If Gavin had any cop on, he would have at least checked out the guy on Google, to see where/what he was now. The debt was an issue, no matter what the guy’s occupation, but Gavin was so lax in dealing with outstanding issues that he failed to notice he owed money to the now Dep. ed. of a tabloid.

To run as a candidate in a presidential election when you have a long outstanding debt owing to a journalist, is beyond stupid.
