Could PMMC be using the KXL pipeline to distract POTUS while tariffs are in the courts or until CUSMA comes up, or whatever?
POTUS is easily distracted, and it seems to me children having tantrums are best managed using distractions😆
I feel relieved we don't have a deal yet. Keep calm and Carney on.
