Air Force Lt. Col. Michael Schrama, the judge, says in the same ruling he will proceed "in due course" with pretrial hearings on contested matters limited to the three other men in the joint conspiracy case -- Khalid Shaikh Mohammed, Walid bin Attash and Mustafa al Hawsawi.
