@verizon-wireless.bsky.social just spent 4 hrs in a chat with CS to bcs my bill went up. Told I could save by switching to unlimited plus. est. was significantly higher because rep “lost focus”. What are working conditions that cause an interaction like this to take 4 hrs and be a waste of time?

So here I am. Scrolling past politics to look at cats, planets, pretty sparkly things. Training my algorithms to steer clear of anything that resembles something that wants to tell me what fresh hell we are about to be led to.

I don’t know if ignorance is bliss.

But it’s what I need now.
