I'm not religious. I can't sing. Diagnosed with PTSD this year after a breakdown! I'm 126 on the NHS treatment list.
A friend convinced me to join her at a community gospel choir. I've learned to breathe the sounds out. We're diverse, we're community. Singing is medicine for the soul. I recommend.
