I know this is a house issue, not a senate issue, but if/when Trump invokes the insurrection act, is it still possible to pursue impeachment? If he does invoke it, will that finally push republicans in congress to actually do their jobs?

Why are you sanitizing Stephen Miller’s comments? The public needs to know that the administration’s position is that the president has plenary authority.
