I've been having a bit of a strange issue with my AMS's auto refill feature. When it runs out of filament on one spool, it doesn't pause the print, and will let it continue. Eventually, it will start feeding from the new spool, but starts printing in midair, making spaghetti, and not the tasty kind.

It took an entire week of almost constant printing, but I finally finished my AMS riser. Now I can keep the glass top open without worrying the thing holding it up will snap.

After drying it and trying to calibrate for it, I decided to shelve that spool for now. Got another couple of spools from a different manufacturer and the first one has been printing much better.
Finally got the poop chute for the printer printed, so no more reaching around the back to pick it up.

First time using 3rd party filament, first print failure, haha.

The wavelike pattern on the back actually looks pretty interesting.

Drying this spool before I stick it back in the printer, to see if that helps.

Gyroid infill looks really cool in timelapses. It sure does make the printer shake a lot, though.

Third print on the X1C, a tool for working with the filament tubes and power cables on the back. Sadly, I didn’t find an SD card before the first two prints.

The tool came out great, but this print was loud. A lot of jittering back and forth at high speed for the thin handle meant a lot of shaking.
