Lovely hatchet job on the monstrosity that is Suella Braverman. Crace covers it all;
her dishonesty, disloyalty, nastiness, incompetence, her wild vanity… and her deep stupidity.
How dare these utter arses think we’d be persuaded by their swaggering nonsense.

NEW: There’s a disaster unfolding in Alaska right now. And no major network is covering it.

The remnants of Typhoon Halong battered western Alaska overnight. Homes, with people in them, have literally been swept into the Bering Strait.

At least 20 are missing. No comment from any federal agency.

Something that's always puzzled me, why do they put pockets on baby clothes?
Like, what is a six month old putting in them? Do two years olds pop their little tykes car key in their back pocket and a tissue in their breast pocket?

Labour is gaslighting disabled people – and that should terrify us all | Zoe Williams
The messaging that suggests poverty is caused by low aspiration and that disability is a choice could have come straight from the Conservatives’ playbook, writes Zoe Williams

So, help me understand this, the UK government want to help people get back to work, especially those who are disabled, they also want to replace civil servants with AI, thus putting thousands out of work... am I missing something?
