much of a surreal feeling that was. To hear that the dream you have had for so long but brushed it off because you thought it was impossible is actually impossible. To realize that "It's impossible," is only true because I didn't try. So here's us trying. This campaign is to try & raise enough -4

I then did research over the apartments that I might be interested in purchasing and contacted a multi-family lender. I needed to know if this was possible or not, or if I needed to move on. he lender agent told me that it was too early for a quote, but the loan was possible. I can't tell you -3

this dream would continue to happen a lot. Despite not mentioning that I had this dream a lot, my dad & I would also have this conversation of what we would do if we purchased the apartments.
In early 2024, the dream started happening a lot more. At this point, we knew the name, but that was it. -2

4/ Because the vision and dream of Cartee Estates is something that means a lot to us, we wanted to make sure our designs had a meaning. We feel strongly in these designs as well as using elements of our past to write our future.

Life life, skeleton keys often hold mysteries. Sometimes in life we have the key and others only the door. Care for your dreams, work hard, and some day your dreams may be unlocked.

Inspired by Manny the Squirrel, a squirrel that my parents & I would feed walnuts to several years ago. While it's been years since we seen them, their legacy will go on as they are the mascot for CE.
