The rest home I do music therapy with accepts cases are going to crop up. Individuals are confined to their rooms & attending staff masked, but otherwise it's business as usual. Visitors are the usual carrier suspects.

To be fair, he is of a generation of kids that were forbidden to speak te reo Māori at school, when assimilation into things Pākehā was seen as the only way. You could get the strap if a word of te reo escaped your lips. Many of his generation are not confident speakers

The article suggests they have a genuine grievance. I wonder if cost was the reason this didn't get sorted out earlier?

Hill country sheep and beef farmers near me plant at least 10,000 native trees each year, most have fenced off at least a ¼ of their farm and replanted with natives. But there are some silly noisy elements elsewhere who give entirely the wrong impression to urban NZ and our international traders.

Make sure you have a daily activity planned for the festive season. Something to look forward to each day can give you some focus when you're not feeling great.

Many productive hill country farms have been bought up by overseas firms and turned into plantation forests or carbon farms. Each farm formerly produced around 5000+ lambs each year. These made a significant contribution to overseas earnings. These earnings are not being replaced.

Thanks for that really helpful advice. All those problems you mention and more. Had a great session on a pilates machine today, working hard, weightfree. Cortisol injections are an option if waiting list too long.
