A major benefit of Obama's Affordable Care Act was directing primary health care away from ER's, because of the cost but also bc ER's can't offer continuity of care.

Having a primary care provider means much more effective + humane treatment for those with chronic conditions.

Before Americans' grocery shelves began to empty, it was fine for "foreign agricultural workers" to fill jobs in industries like poultry and livestock processing — nasty low-pay work that Whites refuse.

Be interesting to see how long MAGA devotion can withstand the cognitive dissonance.
