More than 50 clergy gathered Thursday morning at Target's downtown Minneapolis store for a news conference and then marched to the retailer's corporate headquarters to present demands and ask to speak to CEO Brian Cornell.

During a federal immigration enforcement operation on the north side of Minneapolis, a man was shot in the leg during a foot chase, according to multiple sources with knowledge of the situation.
